Die Porta Reale o Ferdinandea, auch Königstor genannt, wurde 1838 vom Marquis von Canicarao zu Ehren von König Ferdinand II. von Bourbon in Noto errichtet. Im Torbogen sind die Wappen der Stadt Noto und der Familie Canicarao erhalten geblieben.
The Porta Reale o Ferdinandea, also known as the King's Gate, was built in Noto in 1838 by the Marquis of Canicarao in honor of King Ferdinand II of Bourbon. The coats of arms of the town of Noto and the Canicarao family have been preserved in the archway.
